You end up living this way during the day… and then at night or on weekends, you get to have your “sex life.”

This is completely backwards — and the main thing is that your life will be a lot better when you can stop seeing your “normal” life as separate from your sex life. Because sex, for humans, is the creator of our lives.
It’s the driving force of your lives, and you can even argue that a lof of the things we do — your career…
Your search for money…
The pursuit of purpose…
It’s all, in one way or another, your genes trying to get you to procreate.
So if you can harness that sexual energy and use it for all the things that you consciously want, then your life — including your sex life — can drastically improve.
There are a few steps you can follow to make this happen… beginning with step #1:
1) Recognize That Your Sex Life & Your “Normal” Life Are The Same
So the first thing you need to understand is that with both life and with sex, your goal is the same.
When it comes to whatever your mini goals are — whatever your objectives are in life — your end purpose is that you’re trying to feel good.
It’s the same thing with sex. That is, you have sex to feel good.
This feeling is what some people call “energy,” but I’m just going to keep calling it feeling good because that’s a simpler way to put it.
So when you understand this and are in a really good spot sexually or in life, you have a lot more access to this flow of feeling good.
This is what I like to call “intuition.”
It Doesn’t End There…
Intuition is when you’re letting your feelings flow through you, and you’re interpreting them as an idea — you can even look at this as creativity.
For example, when you want a creative idea, it’s not something you consciously break down in a mathematical or scientific way…
Instead, it’s something like a flood of feelings or ideas. It’s like, “Oh, I’m going to make this. This is what I want to do.”

The next step is to stop wasting your energy on things that don’t serve you, because you have this inner drive.
