And today, I’m going to show you how to become a more confident guy so that next time you see a hot girl walking down the street, you’re not thinking of anything other than how lucky she’d be to bang you.

1) Body Language (But Beyond The Basics)
My first tip, and listen closely, is body language.
And you’re probably saying, “How does this relate to being more confident?”
It’s very easy. Your mind follows what your body does.
End of story.
What your body is experiencing, your mind will experience.
So think about it or let’s do a little experiment really quick.
If you’re sitting down or standing up, if you’re watching this video, what I want you to do is kind of slouch over. Put your head down and look up at the TV.

Watch your breathing. How’s your breathing?
Was it short, shallow? Is it still short and shallow?
Now what I want you to do is bring your chest up, maybe put your arms back. Relax, sit very alpha, very confident.
How is your breathing? How do you feel? Did you smile? Do you feel better? Do you feel more confident?
Absolutely.
So body language, no matter where you are, sitting down, walking down the street… it matters.
Always exude strong, confident body language.
That doesn’t even mean your shoulders back, your chest out, your chin up. It also means your breathing.
How are you breathing? Are you breathing deep and calmly? Are you breathing short and shallow?
All of these things will affect your mind. When you’re scared, you’re breathing very fast, you’re breathing very shallow.
But when you’re calm and you’re relaxed and feeling good, you’re breathing slower and deeper.
So if you want to increase your confidence, the easiest thing you could do is start to work on your body language.
2) How Do You Look?
Tip number two, fashion. How do you look?
Do you look like a schlep? Do you look like a poor guy, do you look like you just lost your job, do you look like a slob?
Is there a mustard stain on that shirt of yours? Does your tie have wrinkles on it?
Do your sock match, do your socks stink, did you wash your socks? Okay, fashion, have a well-developed sense of style.
If you don’t know what that is, go to a magazine, go to YouTube, whatever. Look up your favorite male celebrity and try to emulate the way he looks. Okay?
If you don’t know how to do it yourself, damn it, go to a store, go to a Barnes & Noble, buy a bunch of magazines.
Find some guys in there that you really think look cool and go to some stores and ask for help.

Say, “Hey, I’m kind of changing around my look. I really want to like feel better about myself and I want to look important. I want to look good, I want to look sexy. Here are some ideas I have. Help me.” Okay?
If you change the way you look, people are going to respond to you better.
Not only that, you’re going to feel better about yourself.
It’s impossible to feel s*itty when you look really good.
How’s your hair? Change your hairstyle. Maybe have that hairstyle that you’ve always dreamed about and fantasized about.
And don’t give me that crap, “My job.”
You’ll always be able to find a hairstyle that will be cool and fashionable no matter what job you have.
3) The Trick That 99% Of Men Don’t Do…
So the first one we had body language, then we have your fashion.
Now the third one, this is going to be really surprising and almost 99% of the guys I coach don’t do this. And that is read.
Reading books on self-help, reading books on developing yourself… becoming a better person, succeeding in your career, your diet, in your life, in your goals.
Read.
How many books are you reading? Are you reading one a year?
Are you reading two a year? Are you reading three a year? Are you reading one a month, one a week?
Read more and just don’t read, actually do what’s in the book.

You know what’s kind of funny?
Only three to five percent of people who buy a book or actually … or buy a self-help book, I’m sorry, actually finish the book.
And not just finish it, I would imagine that those percentages are even less of people who buy the book, finish it and actually do the work that’s in the book. So read.
Other people have figured out things, all you need to is emulate it and copy it.
So read relentlessly about improving yourself and improving your life.
