The “10 Minute Man” Workout: Hard, Fast, and Scientifically Proven

10-minute man

How to Get Real Results in WAY Less Time…

It seems like some guys spend their entire lives at the gym.

Lifting weights and doing cardio for hours

But not everyone has the time (I know I don’t).

Sure, you could try to find a quicker workout…

But today, there are hundreds of 10-minute workouts online…

And it’s nearly impossible to find one with any real, scientific proof backing it up!

Until now.

Why 10 Minutes of Exercise Will Save You HOURS in the Long Run

A recent experiment found that 1 minute of strenuous exercise is equal to 45 minutes of “normal” exercise.

Yes, you read that right — 1 minute of the tough stuff will save you 44 minutes of boring cardio!

So what’s the science behind it?

It’s all about high intensity interval training, or HIIT (more on that in just a second). Here’s what happened in the experiment:

25 out-of-shape men were divided into 3 groups. One group didn’t change anything about their habits…

One group did 10 minutes of HIIT…

And one group did 45 minutes of moderate exercise, or “endurance” exercise.

Each guy worked out 3 times a week for 12 weeks, meaning the “endurance” guys worked out for 27 hours, while the HIIT guys only exercised for a total of 6 hours.

Now here’s where s— gets freaky:

At the end of the 12 weeks, the researchers found that the “endurance” group and the HIIT group got the same exact benefits from their exercise!

And in fact, they discovered that doing 1 minute of HIIT exercise is like doing 45 minutes of “endurance” exercise.

So what exactly does this mean for you?

The “10 Minute Man” Workout to Achieve Real Results in Less Time

High Intensity Interval Training might sound scary and unfamiliar…

But it’s really simple:

Think about your effort during exercise on a 10-point scale. If you’re jogging or doing “endurance” exercise, that’s about a 5 out of 10.

And when you’re sprinting, that’s a 10 out of 10.

With interval training, you spend some time at a 5 out of 10, a little time at a 10 out of 10, and a very small out of time at a 3 out of 10 (to warm up and cool down).

It’s not easy, but the results speak for themselves. So if you can suffer through the 10 minutes, you can relax during those hours you’ll be saving.

And here’s how to do it on a stationary bike:

  • Warm up for 2 minutes (3/10)…
  • Go as hard as you can for 20 seconds (10/10)…
  • Go at normal pace 2 minutes (5/10)…
  • Go as hard as you can for 20 seconds (10/10)…
  • Go at normal pace 2 minutes (5/10)…
  • Go as hard as you can for 20 seconds (10/10)…
  • Cool down for 3 minutes (3/10)…

That’s it!

And if you don’t have access to a stationary bike, you can apply this to just about any type of exercise — running, boxing, rowing, or really any cardio activity.

Athletes use HIIT to maximize their performance — so if professionals do it, you know it’s gotta be good, right?

And in fact, this workout will even help you get better with women!

Here are 3 huge benefits you’ll get out of practicing HIIT:

1) You’ll Save Time

You don’t want to spend all day at the gym (like those other meathead losers).

So instead of committing yourself to a long, hard workout, all you have to do is practice the “10 Minute Man” workout for 30 minutes a week to get the same exact results as someone who’s doing an “endurance” workout 5x as often.

Think about what you could do with those extra hours!

You could be:

  • Meeting and talking to women…
  • Improving your style and fashion with help from our experts…
  • Or even better: Actually taking more women home with you…

Basically, those hours are yours. And you can do whatever you want with them.

So if you decide you want to meet more women, you could hang out in the gym lobby and grab a smoothie — if you see another woman get the same smoothie, ask her what she thinks of it!

Or if your drink of choice is a post-workout brew, bring your workout gear to the bar with you — I’d bet $10 there’s a woman there who’ll ask you about it.

Just the fact that you workout is a conversation starter. And on top of that…

2) You’ll Gain Confidence

The best part about going to the gym consistently is when you start to see the results from working out get you real results in your life.

Women love a man who’s fit and in shape. And when you look fit and in shape, you’ll feel it — and that will give you confidence.

The interesting thing about confidence is that there’s a sort of “snowball effect”:

Once you start feeling more confident, you’ll become happier, and your life will seem better…

And that will give you even more confidence!

With more confidence comes more energy, and that energy is something you can use to continue your journey in self-improvement.

And as you begin to see results from your interval training, you’re going to notice one big thing start to happen:

3) You’ll Get More Attention from Women

Women are hardwired to want a man who’s in shape. They honestly can’t help it — it’s in their DNA.

Just take it from me:

Once I started working out, women start noticing me like crazy

They’d walk up to me, making any excuse to touch my arms or my back…

Thing is, though, I couldn’t tell which women were really into me…

And which ones were just a tease.

Until, that is, I learned about these “sex signs.” Turns out there are 7 things women do when they’re ready to go home with you now

But they’re super easy to miss (87% of guys NEVER spot them!).
